By booking a room at The Cottage, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the guest policies stated above. Additionally, you agree to leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold the homeowner harmless from any liability, loss, costs, or damage incurred during your stay. This includes any lake and water activities you choose to participate in, such as swimming, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and canoeing.
