It's a bright, open, and clean space. Enjoy our quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the woods. Our suite is located steps from a trailhead leading to various walking trails, mountain biking trails, and Powers Creek. With many nearby wineries, beaches and hiking trails there is no shortage of things to do. Licence # 9709 The space You will have your own private suite in the lower level of our home. This spacious one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom suite is a perfect home away from home. Our space offers a king size bed, washer and dryer, living room + dining area, and kitchen area with island seating. The sofa bed is perfect for kids! The kitchen has a full-size fridge/freezer combo w/ ice maker, stove, microwave and a dishwasher. You’ll also find a toaster, kettle, and full-size coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, baking sheets, mixing bowls, dishes, glassware, cooking and serving utensils, as well as everything else you should need for a short stay! Our suite is baby-friendly and includes a Nuna playard w/ bassinet insert, upon request. We also have a booster seat, baby dishware + utensils, baby books, a shape sorter, as well as other toys, games, and puzzles available. Guest access You will have a spot on the driveway to park your car. You'll have access to your own entrance and we will provide you with a code for the door. The door you will use is on the right when facing the front of the house. There are no stairs. Other things to note Our family of four live above the suite. We have a kindergartener and a toddler, so you will likely hear us above you. We try to keep the noise down and the kids are in bed before 8:00 p.m. Okanagan Lake - 10 minute drive. Telemark Cross Country Ski Trails - 12 minute drive. Peachland - 10 minute drive. Many wineries within 15 minute drive Maximum 2 adults per booking. Or 2 adults, 2 kids + baby in total.
