This spacious two-bedroom high ceiling apartment is newly renovated and provides a touch of modern luxury. Situated on the first floor overlooking the hustle and bustle of both Church and Hyde street. The Space - Two stylish bedrooms. Master with king bed, and the second bedroom has been made up as 2 king-singles (the two singles can be made in to a king size bed if requested when booked). - The apartment has a brand new kitchen, well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home. - Basic tea, coffee, fresh milk etc will be available for your use. - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and laundry detergent is provided. - Split system air-conditioner in the main lounge room. Ceiling fans throughout the lounge room, and both the bedrooms. - A cute work space with office desk and two office chairs. - If you would like to book for an extended period of time, please send me an enquiry for the dates you would like to stay. Guest access All of the apartment is available for your use and enjoyment. Other things to note Please note: - There is no on site parking. All day parking is located just across the street, behind/near the ambulance station. - Portable cot including linen can be supplied upon request at an additional charge of $20 per stay. - Due to the central location of the apartment there is the potential for noise from surrounding business - Please respect our neighbours.
