Nestled in a wooded lot across the street from Duck Lake, blocks from Interlochen State Park and a one mile walk (through the park) to the Interlochen Center for the Arts (the hosts are both proud alumni), this warm, dramatic-but-cozy home makes the perfect all-season getaway, in the northern Michigan woods. PSTR #24-066 The space The home has three bedrooms, with one bedroom on the first floor, second floor, and in the (walkout) basement. The two bathrooms are located on the first and second floor, respectively. A large loft, located on the second floor, has a sectional couch, television and Apple TV interface. The stairwell extends to a third floor/tower-level with 360-degree views. Guest access Guests have use of the entire home and the two-car garage. Access is via a touchpad located on the primary door, in the breezeway. A keycode and alarm code will be provided in advance of checking in. Note: Owners have used a side portion of the walk-out basement as storage.
