Immerse yourself in Portland's culture—book now for a memorable stay! The space The space includes a private entrance with Smart-Lock, Kitchenette, Living Room, 1-Bedroom, and Bathroom. The Kitchenette is stocked with a hand-crafted bar, cabinets, microwave, refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room includes a 65" Smart TV, WI-FI, a comfortable 3-seater couch, and recliner. The bedroom has a plush king-sized-bed and enough drawers to store all of your clothes for the stay. The main levels of the house do host another Airbnb, with a completely separate entrance - there is no shared spaces whatsoever. The basement ceiling is stuffed with "sound proofing insulation". That being said, this is a 1950's home and there are still easily heard footsteps coming from the top level. There is a separate furnace and thermostat in the basement to control the heat. The AC is controlled upstairs, but the basement really does not get above 70 degrees as it is underground. Guest access Guests come in on the side door, located on the South side of the house, underneath the patio cover. There is a "Smart Lock" that they'll be given the combination to after their booking.
