The property is fully furnished & linen is supplied, however you will need to supply your own beach towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.). - Cooling: Property has ceiling fans though out property plus Split Air conditioning in the Family living / dining area. - Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze. Additional Information: Pet-Friendly: Yes, this property is pet friendly for a maximum of 2 outdoor only dogs, however, please complete your own due diligence for your fencing requirements. Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 4 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates. Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.
