Farm environment, close to nature and the city center

Stay in our cozy bakery/guesthouse from 1928. Like "in the countryside" but close to everything. There are two bedrooms, a simple kitchen, wood stove, bathroom, washing machine, TV room, WiFi. The cottage is nestled in a lush courtyard environment, next to the host's residence. The plot is surrounded by meadows, and is close to forests, skiing and exercise trails. Neighbor to Stadsnära Lantgård, where you can have coffee and pet the animals. 1 km to grocery store, 4 km to Lidköping city center, close to bus stop and bike lanes. Parking is available. The space 🏡 Warm welcome to a cozy, red little cottage from 1928! It is located in a large, lush and fenced garden, next to the host's residence. 🏫 We live next door to "Stadsnära Lantgård" where everyone is welcome. There is a small café, you can pet the animals, the children can play in the yard. 🌲 There are large outdoor areas for hiking, biking, running and skiing in winter. Lunnelid Nature Reserve is nearby. 🚎 🚲 It is 1 km to the nearest grocery store and 4 km to Lidköping's center and nice squares. You can walk, bike, take a bus or car. Free parking is available. Also electricity (regular outlet) for charging an electric car or motorhome for a fee. 🌄 Nice day trips are some of the many around Lidköping, the archipelago, beautiful Hindens Rev (20 km), the medieval Läckö Castle and Spikens Fiskeläger (23 km), the mountain Kinnekulle with castle and beautiful landscapes. The top of the mountain (29 km) is part of UNESCO's Plateau Mountains Geopark. Boendet/The house: 🛌Duvets and pillows are available, but guests need to bring their own bed linens and towels. (Can be rented for an extra fee, please let us know before arrival so we have time to make the bed). 🧹Cleaning is NOT included in the price. Performed before check-out, equipment is available. (Cleaning can be ordered for a small fee.) The kitchen is equipped with 2 induction stoves, microwave, a half-fridge (no freezer), coffee maker, kettle and sink. Tableware for 6 people is available, as well as various household items. The downstairs double bed has medium-firm mattresses. If desired, it can be divided into two single beds. The double bed upstairs has a softer mattress and cannot be shared. For a fifth guest, you can put on the floor in this room, for example, for a child/teenager. You could also make a bed for one person on the sofa in the TV room. The bathroom is newly built in the old style and has a shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. In the TV room upstairs there is a 50-inch TV with an Apple TV generation 3. During the cold part of the year, you can fire in one of the wood stoves. Cost for firewood is extra. Wi-Fi and Ethernet cable are available. There is some garden furniture by the cottage. If you need larger tables, more chairs or a grill, ask the host. Feel free to move the furniture to the other part of the garden, depending on, for example, the sun's position. Two sun loungers can be arranged on request. If it rains, you are welcome to sit in the greenhouse. For children, there is an old trampoline near the cottage. There is also a hammock, a garden swing and a loose hanging badminton net. The host has simple rackets and shuttlecocks. The property is fenced so dogs (maybe not the littlest ones) can run free. The host's two dogs often stay in the garden during the day, unless otherwise agreed. If you have any other questions, please let me know!
