Quiet and Convenient One Bedroom Apt. in Guyra

Our cozy 1 bedroom, 1 living room apartment is located on a 1,5ha property in Guyra about 30min drive from Armidale. Away from the hustle in a quiet surrounding with sheep and chickens- but also not far to walk/drive to the main st. of town with a supermarket, take away shops, coffee shops and everything you need. The space Our little apartment was built by my husband as part of a shed to live in while building our house. It comfortably fits 2 people (1 queen bed) in the bedroom. If requested we can organize a single rollaway bed in the upstairs living area or bedroom as well for a separate sleeping arrangement for two or for a 3rd person. Please request! ( Additional fees will be applicable!) The living area is upstairs and can be reached via some stairs - it provides a nice place to relax, have a wine, watch some TV and put your feet up. Private parking is available in front of the apartment/shed. Our apartment also offers an outside area which can be used. Guest access ☆ private space with fully equipped kitchen ( microwave, oven, freezer and fridge) ☆ washing machine as well as clothesline outside ☆ private car park (outside) ☆ private sitting area outside ☆ Breakfast essentials like coffee, tea, cappuchino and sugar will be provided ☆ towels and sheets are provided ☆ WIFI available ( please note due to weather and being regional, Internet can sometimes be slow 🐌) Other things to note We can't make it possible if we don't know about it.
