This new construction home directly on the Saco with private beach access has everything to offer for a peaceful getaway, work remotely, relax or enjoy the beach and river. The space You will enjoy overlooking a 22 acre field with mountains on the horizon. The maintained association path to the beautiful beach can be used all year for river beach access, tubing, kayaking in the summer and the winter for snowshoeing, or cross country ski adventures (ungroomed). Added bonuses: being minutes to North Conway Village and all Mount Washington Valley attractions/shops and an out of this world VIEW! Wake up to the mountain view and finish the day with sunsets over the MTs. This home is exactly what is needed for a relaxing get away. The lower level boasts a living area, washer/dryer. The well appointed main level includes a living area with gas fireplace, dining area, full kitchen, screen porch with grill, deck, master bedroom with king bed and private 3/4 bath. The loft is where the adults can be found shooting pool, ping pong or playing Giant Monopoly, and making memories to last a lifetime! The house has a/c units throughout, WiFi, two flat screen TVs, and beautiful lodge style decor. The last house on the end of a cul-de-sac in a private, quiet neighborhood. There’s no thru traffic, and the house offers a private view of the field and mountains. Also just around the corner, is a landmark bakery, Leavitt's where you can pick up treats, or enjoy a breakfast across the street at banners. The house provides beach chairs and a cart to wheel things down if needed. Guest access You will have private access to the space and we are available if needed during your stay. Other things to note NO PARTIES, LOUD NOISES, EVENTS, ADDITIONAL GUEST, Surveillance cameras of the exterior Sorry NO Pets Due to seasonality, we may need to slightly adjust rates, or may require min night stay. All stays do require approval. Must follow community regulation and be a good neighbor, no party homes. Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we can not guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. The fee for a 2-hour early check-in is $50, and the same applies for a 2-hour late check-out, if available, to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedules. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night. Must follow check out procedures like stripping beds, taking trash to bin, putting dishing in dishwasher and washing pots and pans used.
