Watch it live We look forward to making your stay unforgettable! The space The property is located west of the city in the Rancho Grande neighborhood, on the north side of Cerro Otto. It is located 6 kilometers from downtown, very close to Avenida de los Pioneros. It is just 2 kilometers from the "Crossing" with the route that leads to Cerro Catedral. It is also only 900 m from the Cerro Otto Cable Car. If you have a car, you can get to Cerro Catedral (to the west) in 20 minutes and to the Civic Center of Bariloche (to the east) in 13 minutes on a day with little traffic. In high season there may be heavy traffic which generates delays during peak hours. The western area of Bariloche, mainly from km 0 to km 12, has several nearby shops: pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, etc. In particular, at km 6 of Pioneros (less than a 5-minute walk from the house) there is a very well-stocked Minimarket with very long opening hours, a greengrocer, a bakery, a tire shop, a bookstore and a craft beer refill place. All on the same corner! A few meters away you will find the La Cruz Brewery, a hardware store, and a diet food store. You won't miss a thing! Staying in the area can be strategic if your activities of interest include visits to Cerro Otto or Cerro Catedral. It is also located between the road that connects downtown Bariloche with Circuito Chico, Cerro López, Lago Moreno, Cerro Campanario, Hotel Llao Llao and Puerto Pañuelo: the starting point for the best lake excursions. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen-living room, full bathroom with shower and bathtub, and bedroom with double bed with storage space underneath. It also has a sofa bed available if it is necessary to add a place. Outside, a wooden deck to enjoy the outdoors on the most beautiful days. You can easily leave the car right next to the entrance to the property. Other things to note In addition to hosting, we love to help with recommendations and suggestions on the different activities to do in Bariloche and its surroundings. We have lived in the city for more than 10 years and we really enjoy the different options it offers us. Both in Winter, mainly with sports activities in the most important Ski Center in Argentina, and in Summer, always enjoying the large number of options and levels of Hiking, overnight stays in mountain shelters and camps in the different lakes in the area.
