The space This is a very luxurious upscale, fifth wheel, providing filtered water throughout hot and cold, and comes with an internal shower and an external shower for when you want something off your shoes or coming in from the beach. It is spacious and has two La-Z-Boy chairs, one dining area to seat for people and a master bedroom queen size, which can sleep two adults comfortably and fit additional small children if necessary. The kitchen table with sofa seats converts also into a bed, which can sleep one adult or two small children. The RV is fully loaded and includes soaps towels, closet, space, ironing, board, and iron and hairdryer and kitchenware as well as cookware. The RV has a full size refrigerator, including freezer. The RV also includes a pantry closet where food can be stored. I have added a coffee maker with coffee for guests. There are two smart Roku tv’s. One is in private bedroom and other is in lining room. The hookups are suitable to connect video game systems. This RV has surround sound and comes with a CD and radio and Bluetooth. Guest access A door code will be provided upon reservation booking after payment is received and cleared. The RV is a keyless entry. Other things to note Please review house rules and acknowledge. There is no smoking in the RV. Outdoor back patio has a designated smoking area. Sorry no cats. Larger breed dogs allowed only upon request and approval. Dogs must not be left unattended unless in a kennel. Kennel available upon request. You must check in and check out or you could be charged. Please communicate any issues or questions right away to the host. Pets are not allowed on bed and must be crated if left longer than 6 hours at a time. Just as a reminder because this information is in another section of my house rules, but please make sure that you give 24 hours advance notice if you would like to extend your stay. You will be charged another night if you stay longer than your checkout time without prior consent by the host. For every hour that you stay after checkout there will be a charge. This charge depends on the time of year but usually it will be $25 late cancellation fee which is what it cost us to cancel our cleaning service and come back at a later time to accommodate the guest who refused or failed to check out on time and you all guests incur up to a $20 per hour fee depending on the time of year. Number of guests must be disclosed and number of pets must be disclosed. If this information is not disclosed, there will be an additional fee of $25 per additional pet and $25 per additional guest unless advanced disclosure and approval is given. There is no charge additionally per guest up to 8 guests when disclosed. Guess who have visitors must have prior permission for those visitors to visit. This includes any visitation on the premises
