Nestled amidst picturesque surroundings, our charming house offers direct access to your own secluded beach. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying water sports (kayaking & paddle boarding) right from your doorstep. The space The property accommodates up to 9 guests, with 4-bedroom, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms. The main house has a total of 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full bed and a single bed and shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has one full size bed. This bedroom has a bathroom with a walk-in shower on the side next door. The main house 3 bedrooms allow access to all the house’s amenities without having to worry about the stairs! Second Floor Master Bedroom The master bedroom has 1 queen bed. It has its own private bathroom. The bedroom offers great views from its balcony where you can sip your morning coffee overlooking the sunrise! The Living Spaces The open concept house features a living room area, formal dining table and kitchen with tons of natural light. There is room here for everyone to lounge together after a day at the beach! Next to the house, access a covered terrace with hammocks, an 8 person- dining table and sitting area. From here and the adjacent relaxing space where you can enjoy the lake’s breeze overlooking the sunset from comfy chez lounges. The sparkling lake is just steps away. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a coffee maker and the fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. The dining area features an 8-person dining table—perfect for your group feasts. And don’t forget the tables on the terrace and deck! Just outside the main house, you can find a gas grill. Other things to note There might power outage in case of bad weather and tropical storms. We recommend the use of a 4x4 vehicle in rainy days. Late checkout charge $40 per hour will result in an additional charge if no prior arrangements have been made. Only guests in reservation can visit the property. $40 fee per unannounced guests. Groundskeeper staff usually in the property doing maintenance like cleaning around garden maintenance.
