Grafog Farmhouse

Grafog Farmhouse is a beautifully restored stone built property offering the perfect space to enjoy and relax. It is conveniently located for those who wish to visit Eryri (Snowdonia), with it's historic and vibrant landscapes. Near to the North Wales coastline, National Trust properties, and many outdoor activities. We are within walking distance to the Lon Eifion route which offers miles of off road cycling/walking. Grafog offers something for everyone and pets are welcome too! The space The property is an old stone built farmhouse (previously partly a cow shed), once owned by the Glynllifon estate, and has been lovingly restored. Therefore please don’t expect ultra modern! We are more of a relaxed easy living style. On the first floor are four bedrooms , two king size beds, a double and a single. The bathroom has a double ended bath, separate shower, toilet and handbasin. The first floor windows overlook the front garden and land. The ground floor has a convenient cloak room, loo and an utility room with a washer and dryer. Agatha the AGA is the heart of the kitchen! Perfect for warmth and cooking. The large dining table is the a great place for unwinding and socialising. For the winter nights the log burner within the substantial inglenook creates the perfect comfortable nights in. A starter pack of kindling & logs are included. At the front garden there is pet safe fencing, along with a seated area and a charcoal fired barbecue. The back garden has a slate path leading to the entrance from the car parking area. There is ample parking for three or four cars on the lit slate courtyard, located at the rear of the property. There is an EV charger available at request, located at the parking area, additional charges will apply. Guest access Guests have access to the farmhouse property. We do ask not to enter farm buildings or the land due to livestock. Thank you. Other things to note The property is located on a farm. there maybe farm noises, animals, machinery etc. There is also a small friendly camping site on the farm, perfect should you wish for more family, friends to stay. We accept two well behaved dogs, we can be flexible should you need to bring more, but please enquire in the first instance. Thank you. 😊
