The first and second floors can be separated or used as one space with an internal staircase, and there is a large and deep swimming pool and open-air bath. The first floor has a queen-sized bed room, a general room with a fireplace, a living room, and 2 toilets, and there is a swimming pool (3x8m) with a depth of 1-1.3m and an open-air bath. (41 sqm including swimming pool) The second floor has a queen size bed room, living room, toilet, and shower room, and is connected to the rooftop yard. (66m2) All living rooms have sea views and the entire building is used privately. The standard number of people is 6 and up to 10 people are allowed. The space There is a queen size bed room and a room with a heated floor on the first floor, and there are 2 toilets. On the second floor, there is a queen size bed room and a bathroom/shower room. Guest access The swimming pool has a depth of 1-1.3m and is about 3x8m Please let us know in advance when using it because it is about 24 tons to 30 tons. Swimming pool access is free, but it is supplied with cold water, and there is an additional cost for supplying warm water. For children, please enter with your parents to avoid safety accidents. No running or diving in the pool. Drinkers and people with heart disease are prohibited from using the pool. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the pool. Please be aware of safety when using the facility, and the host does not take any responsibility in the event of a safety accident due to carelessness. There is a river gravel in the yard, so you can massage your feet barefoot. Barbecue equipment are provided, and you can bring charcoal and use it for free. There is a sand playground near the swimming pool. Other things to note All spaces other than designated smoking areas are absolutely non-smoking areas. In particular, smoking in the bathroom, swimming pool, terrace, and room is strictly regulated.If you violate this, you will be forced to leave. It is a space used by many people, and for a pleasant environment, cooking with strong smells (fish, meat, shellfish soup, fried foods, etc.) is prohibited in the room and on the terrace. Please pay special attention as a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be added if you break it. Stay Quiet is a space for relaxation, so you cannot invite acquaintances without prior consultation during your stay. The use of all fireworks, such as personal burners, butane gas, fireworks, candles, and incense, is prohibited.
