Our place is in Northern suburbs of Perth is well connected by buses to the city from the northern suburbs. It is a free standing house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guests have access to unlimited NBN wifi and Foxtel. Guest's have a private bedroom to accommodate two people. Alcohol or Smoking are strictly not permitted in the premise. Check in and check out times could be adjusted in consultation with the host and de PRP ending on the availability. Guest access Guests can access all areas except the bedrooms occupied by the owner and his family During your stay I m happy to interact with guests. However guest should always come on time to check in and check out. Guests are welcome to bring their additional guest but they must not come separately, particularly after 8 pm in the evening. All additional guests must identify themselves by showing Passport or Driving licence or any Government issued id. Other things to note All electrical appliances, gases and taps must be shut down when not in use or leaving the house. The doors are secured at night (after 9.00 pm via monitored alarm. It must not be opened without family members presence to shut down the alarm
