A truly lovely oasis. -Downstairs Main floor master: private main floor bedroom with king bed and a full attached bathroom with shower. -3 total bedrooms upstairs: two bedrooms (one king bed/one queen both have mountain views) share a hall bathroom with tub and then the full master. -Strong WIFI in all rooms, main family room table also provides "work with an ocean view" workstations with extra plugs. Ethernet cable on site as well. -Thoughtful amenities: blankets, record player with records, lots of kitchen extras, hairdryers, make up mirrors, extra plugs for electronics, board games/puzzles. -Parking for (2) cars; one in garage and one in front; there is also additional free, overnight street parking for additional cars. -Garage is stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, pull cart to go down the beach. Golf: there is great local public access golf course one mile up the road at Seascape. We are here to help! -Aptos is a small, charming beach town just minutes south of Santa Cruz and Capitola. -The best of both worlds, our townhome is an end unit with privacy and sweeping beach and ocean views but also just a short 200 yard walk down the hill to Rio Del Mar Beach, which stretches for 19 miles and is home to the famous Cement Ship and Planks surf break. -Also, #1 rated Venus Spirits + Beachside know for craft cocktails and great food. Right next door: Venus Pie + Coffee with great pastries and coffee all day. -The Aptos local favorite Pixie Deli with a walk-up window, great outdoor seating for breakfast and lunch, snacks, ice cream and coffee. -Pick up a few necessities at the cute and well stocked corner market. -You can also go just few miles away to downtown Aptos for a fun meal out at The Hideout, Ahi Sushi or Canteen Wine Bar. -Pick up some gourmet groceries at Deluxe Market or New Leaf Market to cook in our state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen/grill on the patio.
