Around the corner you will find a supermarket and a cozy beer brewery. The house is ideal for families who want to stay comfortably close to the city. The space The house is newly built (2023) and designed with comfort in mind. The whole house features floor cooling and awnings, ideal on hot days. Ground floor The luxurious designer kitchen is fully equipped, with Quooker, espresso machine with bean grinder and Sonos music system. Washing machine and dryer. 1st floor Spacious living room with smart TV and direct access to the garden with awning and garden table for 8 people. At the front, an extra seating area with lounge set and study table. Second floor Master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with single bed and desk. Bathroom with bath tub and walk-in shower, separate toilet. Third floor Two bedrooms with open passage, both with single beds. Roof terrace with lounge set and parasol, plus a second bathroom with shower and toilet. There are plenty of toys and children's books available. In the utility room, there is an inflatable paddle board; the swimming jetty is a one-minute walk. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house. We use two locked storage cabinets for our own belongings. This is our own home where we live with our family; therefore, not all cabinets are empty, but everything you need is available and neatly organized. You are free to use all the items in the kitchen, such as herbs, coffee, tea and oil. Other things to note We ask guests to be considerate of the neighbors: please do not make noise in the garden after 10 p.m. Smoking is not allowed in the house or in the garden. Smoking is allowed on the jetty around the corner. Because this is our own home, we ask that you handle the house and belongings with care. Thank you for that!
