The space Where you'll sleep: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds Living room with a pull-out couch Back living area with a queen bed Full kitchen Two living areas Full bathroom Guest access Guests have access to entire house, front yard, and back yard. Free street parking Other things to note Pet Policy: We do allow pets at this property. A maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be in a kennel or crate if the owner is not on property. There is an additional refundable security deposit of $500 for pets. This will be returned on final inspection by the cleaners of the house and the yard. If there is extra cleaning or waste pick up the deposit will not be returned. Additionally there is a $250 per pet fee no matter the length of stay. This is due at time of booking. All booking are approved on a case by case basis by the host.
