No loud parties Thank you Guest access Access is granted to the entire home except for the closet and the downstairs garage/ basement, which are off-limits. Please enter through the small front gate, where you'll find the gate opener on the island table near the bar. Ensure that the remote is returned to the same spot when you check out, and close the gate upon your departure. Please note that the owner’s grandson lives downstairs, so do not open the baby gate or attempt to go downstairs, as the stairs are steep and off-limits. If you plan to host a small gathering, kindly inform me, as there is an additional maintenance and cleaning fee for such events. No more than 30 people. anything over is negotiated. Richard, our co-host, lives in the apartment below. Also, please avoid parking in front of the garage doors. Thank you. Other things to note Parking on the Garden Hwy is very limited and backing out of Driveway you must be very careful to look both ways . Please Do not park on the neighbor to the Right or Left. There’s parking across the way. Always close gates at night. Please put covers back on grills if you used them and clean grills, place chairs and or any items or furniture back in its place if moved from its original place.
