Located in Kimberling City this condo is minutes from Port of Kimberling(nightly slip rentals available) , and a short drive to Silver Dollar City along with the many other Branson attractions! Amenities include: Indoor pool, outdoor pool, trailer parking, pickle ball courts, playground, and more! We welcome pets (pet fee applies)! Guest access All amenities are included during your stay. Trailer parking is located behind the 100’s building and is on a first come first serve basis however there is lots of parking throughout the complex. INDOOR POOL HOURS 9AM to 10PM OUTDOOR POOL is available Memorial day through Labor day. For slip rental, Port of Kimberling is located within 5 minutes of the condo and offers nightly slip rental. Please go to the Port of Kimberling website to look into nightly slip rental! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We are currently under construction on the exterior of the building with many upgrades being done. The indoor pool may be difficult to access at times due to the construction. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is dated but it is clean safe and functional. The owner has elected to not make updates to assist with keeping pricing affordable. Please ensure that you have reviewed the photos in detail.
