There is a private entry on the ground floor, but the majority of the unit is on the 2nd floor. • Included parking spot for up to a mid-size SUV. Larger vehicles (up to an F150) have fit, but space may be tight. Additional parking located at the end of the alley just one house down. • Self check-in with smart lock. If your reservation is cancelled for violating house rules, you will not be refunded for your stay and will be charged extra for any damages. We love our guests and will do whatever we can to ensure you have a pleasant stay, but if you do not feel you can follow our house rules, please choose another place. We give our guests their privacy, but do have a doorbell camera and camera over the included parking spot to help address any potential check in issues. We also live next door and can address issues quickly (but will also be aware of excessive noise), and thoroughly inspect the place after each visit for damages. Smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and a $500 fee to cover extra cleaning and inconveniencing guests after you whose reservation may need to be changed. As much as we love pets, since the unit is new and in great condition, we have decided not to allow them at our AirBnB. Even well behaved pets also require additional cleaning as we may have guests allergic to pet dander expecting a pet free home. If you will be bringing a service animal, please just let us know at the time of booking so we can plan for it :) If attempting to sneak a pet onto the property, your reservation will be cancelled without being refunded and you will be charged for any damages and extra clean up to remove pet dander. Any attempt to throw a party will result in immediate eviction without refund, fees for damages, and calling the police. Please respect quiet hours (10pm - 7am). We are located in a quiet neighborhood and we live next door. Of course, we also understand you may be on vacation and want to have fun with your family or friends. If you would like to continue hanging out after 10pm, please just move inside and keep noise to a respectable level :) Our maximum capacity is 4 guests. Any additional guests on the property may be grounds for cancellation of your reservation without refund. If you are traveling with or visiting friends or family in the area and there's a chance someone not on the reservation may be stopping by, please reach out before booking so we can discuss what is acceptable.
