Newly-built mountain cabin with all amenities including SPA bath and sauna. 10 beds divided into 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, washing machine, modern kitchen with dishwasher, large living room, large terrace around the house. The cottage is located on the mountain with a mile-wide view of Sonfjället. Here you will experience the mountains at their best; hiking, visiting waterfalls, fishing, cycling, exercising, picking berries. A wonderful place to relax and recharge your batteries. PLEASE NOTE: bring your own bed linens, towels and consumables The space Guest Information – Please Read Carefully What to Bring: Guests are required to bring their own towels, bed linen, sheets, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and other personal items. Each bed is equipped with pillows and a quilt, and you will need to make the beds using your own bed linen and sheets. Cleaning: Hiring a professional cleaning service is mandatory for all guests. Waste Collection: As this is a private house, we may occasionally ask for your help in preparing for waste collection. Trash pickup occurs on Thursdays during even-numbered weeks. You may be asked to move the bins to the designated pickup point. Thank you for your cooperation. Recycling (Required by Swedish Law): All recyclable waste must be sorted and dropped off at the Coop parking area, which you will pass when leaving the house. Guest access TV is with Chromecast, no terrestrial channels. You use your phone to share the streaming services you use. To make it work, you must be connected to the house fiber/Wi-Fi, then the TV will come up for sharing Other things to note The balcony doors are closed by pushing the handle hard upwards and then turning the knob. The same when you open. When the door is closed, the handle cannot be pushed down. Please note that if you change the language settings on the TV and SPA bath, please reset these when you leave the house. Electric car charger (11 kW) is available for a fee of SEK 3/kWh Basketball hoop is available, but no ball.
