Welcome to “Luxury Place” A new concept of apartments where you can enjoy unique spaces! Just 15 minutes from San Salvador, you'll be located in Santa Tecla's most exclusive area! Luxury Place has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, a dining room and a living room designed to welcome families looking to share unique moments for a few days or weeks!! In addition, we have car availability so you can rent it and have it at your disposal. The space Celebrate the holiday season in style! During December we decorate the apartment with a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room, so you can enjoy a warm and cozy atmosphere during your stay. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and the common areas are shared with other residents of the complex. NOTE: The identification information and full name of the person who made the reservation and their companions will be requested. This information is collected solely for the condominium's records. The common areas to share with other residents are: -Pool and Ping Pong table - Gym - Coworking area -Terrace - Children's Garden - Ping pong table Other things to note • POOL and ping pong table: You'll find it in the back area. Hours of use are from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Drinks and food are not allowed inside the pool. - Visitors are prohibited, only people who help you with your luggage or some other errand are allowed. - Sometimes pool reservations are made by the owners, in which case it will not be possible to use these facilities during the reserved time. •ORDERS AND OTHER SERVICES: You will need to share the check-in instructions and your contact number with the company so that they can communicate directly with you and come to the lobby to meet you. • IMPORTANT - Smoking is forbidden in the apartment and common areas of the building. Otherwise, a $100 surcharge will be charged. - Once you check out, make sure to leave the air conditioning and lights off. •NO PETS ALLOWED. Failure to comply will result in a $100 surcharge. • CELEBRATIONS: - Parties and/or celebrations are prohibited in the apartment. - No loud music allowed after 10:00 at night. - The condominium's quiet hours are from 10pm-7am - Please respect the rules of coexistence of Nuva 112 to avoid inconveniences, since its use is strictly residential, otherwise you will be asked to vacate immediately. • GARBAGE: We appreciate your support in disposing of the garbage in the waste collector located at the emergency exit doors. •As part of caring for the planet, we ask that you do not forget to turn off lights and air conditioning while not using them. •Please close doors and windows to avoid flooding inside the apartment due to sudden rains. EXTRA CHARGES: • No smoking due to condominium rules, otherwise a $100 fine will be incurred. -Do not use carpet towels or stain them with makeup, hair dye, blood or other staining liquid, an additional $15 will be charged per stained towel, (small or large). •Do not spray sheets or bedding with chemicals, or stain them with makeup, sunscreen, nail polish, blood, or food. If found stained, $25 will be charged The same applies if the bedding is found burned or torn. •If the apartment is left messy, with furniture moved around, smelling of smoke or dirty, an extra cleaning fee of $50 will be charged. •If the apartment or the equipment/furniture inside is soiled with sand or mud, an extra charge will be charged. •Damage to the washing or deep cleaning equipment: Washer $50 / Dryer $50. •If objects disappear from the apartment, the respective charge will be charged according to the value of the object.
