Cuatro Soles Building - Apartment 3

We don't rent to groups of young people with no exceptions. No parties are allowed We rent to families only. The building is familiar, half a block from the beach and 3 blocks from downtown, close to everything. We accept pets, they are welcome! With rules to note. Service: Linens (linens and towels) included for declared guests. The space The building has only stairs from the entrance both through the main doorway and from the carport. There is no elevator. The carport is located in the subuelo and is shared with the rest of the guests. A RAM van doesn't come in. This depto. is located on the ground floor of the building, has garden with grill, 2 bedrooms (one double, the other with two single beds), two bathrooms, kitchen with all the necessary accessories for a stay, dining room, living room with double sofa bed. Other things to note Cleaning service includes bathroom cleaning, bedding, general cleaning. Change of towels towels. Does not include washing dishes used by guests.
