La Casita is a conveniently located house, perfect for 2-5 people. It’s located near downtown Ithaca off a main road that can take you anywhere easily, such as Cornell, Ithaca College, the Commons, and many state parks, waterfalls, and hiking trails. La Casita is a cute house, recently renovated inside. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room that opens up to the kitchen. The living room has a large screen TV, a sofa, a chair and a coffee table. There is a marble kitchen top island table with stools on the living room and kitchen side of the counter to share a meal. Plenty of space to move around and cook in the kitchen. House has air conditioner units to keep you cool in the summers. There is a brand new stove with an oven, a microwave, and most amenities you need to prepare a meal, should you prefer to dine in when needing a break from Ithaca’s amazing selection of restaurants. Please note there is no dishwasher. Guests can access the whole house except the attic and basement. There is a large backyard with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. There is also a deck on the side of the house. The driveway has space to park 2-3 cars comfortably. There is no garage access. I am easily reachable by call or text. Most days I am available to come to the house to assist with any issues if need be. Please note that because of its convenient location, the house is off of a main road, perfectly located house to enjoy during your stay in Ithaca. House has spacious backyard for family gatherings.
