Cozy Comfy Cottage

Our clean cute little house is perfect for an economical traveler's rest or a base for hiking, biking, and skiing in the Southern Sangre de Christo Mountains (shh - our secret though). Enjoy your privacy with your own living space, fully stocked kitchen, and a deep bathtub. For your convience, there is a desk if you need to work and a full sized washer and dryer in the cottage. A twin size rollaway is provided if one queen size doesn't work for your party. ($10 per night fee) The space Cozy Comfy Cottage is only two blocks from downtown Walsenburg. You will find The Crafty Canary brewery and around the corner is The Mercantile for a coffee and pastry, or you can get a deli sandwich. In the same building is The Stokehouse Restaurant for dinner, drinks, and sometimes live music! You also should try Gub Guns for a wonderful New York style pizza. Guest access Cozy Comfy Cottage is self contained small home with easy access behind a larger house that has wonderful full time renters. Other things to note We will love to host your dog too, but please note that the yard is not fenced There is a $10 fee of the rollaway is used. My cleaner has to be be paid for his work!
