Cosy Annex in Cardiff

Private self-contained annex, 10 minutes from the city centre. Nestled in a quiet residential area, this modern space is ideal for a short stay. Private courtyard Off-Road Parking En Suite Bathroom Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all cutlery & crockery. TV with Netflix and WiFi Tea and coffee provided, with extra bedding, towels, iron & hairdryer available. Close to parks, shops, coffee shops, restaurants & pubs. Near main bus routes & motorway links UHW Hospital: 5-minute walk. The space The small annex is a lovely red brick building at the end of our drive, with a private entrance. It is full of character with high ceilings and exposed beams. You can often hear birds singing with tall trees surrounding the back of the annex. Please note the space is small as the pictures do show, although very cosy! We would recommend it be used as a base for visiting the city. There is a pocket sprung mattress, 100% cotton bedding and Egyptian cotton towels for use, along with a small kitchen area with microwave, kettle, small fridge (can fit a bottle of wine/some beers, but please ask and we can refrigerate additional items on request), toaster, cutlery, sink, crockery. We have provided tea, coffee, sugar and some basic breakfast items including butter and jam. The courtyard is adjoining our family garden and the neighbours garden.
