It offers all modern luxury you could ask for. Located in a quiet street with no exit from the Gardens, the apartment is quite quiet and has a 24-hour doorman in the building, which provides tranquility and security. The apartment has been completely renovated and is equipped with everything necessary to make you feel at home, including a TV connected to the fast internet. The living room has cable TV and a comfortable sofa bed that transforms into a double bed and a work desk. The room has a queen-size double bed, with a new mattress with pocketed springs and pillow-top layer, great quality sheets and a large closet, which will easily accommodate all the guests' belongings. It also has 01 portable crib that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, electric oven, stove, blender, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving meals. Guests will receive five-star hotel amenities and Egyptian wire towels. Guests can make use of a hairdryer and a flat iron. Everything was very well thought out to enable a stay in a cozy environment, not to mention the practicality of staying, as if it were in your own home. Other things to note There's a police station 100 yards from the apartment. Moro near the apartment and I usually welcome guests in case of scheduled check-in. When this does not happen, there will be an authorization in the concierge. Just come and identify yourself. You are staying in a modern apartment, equipped and with the comfort of a 5-star hotel, as it offers everything necessary to meet the practical needs of everyday life, whether you travel alone or with family, for work, medical treatment or enjoying holidays. I ask you to bear in mind that even for a short period, you will be part of the condominium. Therefore, respect the other residents and employees, be careful with the common areas, do not make excessive noise after 10pm, DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE the APARTMENT and do not throw objects out the window.
