The main road and bus stop are in Stampa, within an 8-10-minute walk. We are also 30 minutes from the Engadine ski slopes and 40 minutes from Lake Como. The space The apartment, recently renovated, includes a double bedroom (two beds), an entrance hallway, a bathroom with shower, and a living room kitchen. A washing machine and a dryer are available. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic plates and Nespresso coffee machine. If necessary, the sofa can be converted into a 140 cm sofa bed. TV and internet are of course at your disposal. Outside you can enjoy a private garden with a sunshade, table, chairs and deckchairs. Private parking is available free of charge.
