Español follows the English text. My place is close to the city center. You’ll love my place because of the nature views, the coziness, and the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is very private and very tranquil but only a 7 minute walk to Ocean. Mi lugar esta ubicada cerca del centro de Jaco. Amaran su vista tranquila de la naturaleza, la comodidad, y las familias (con niños). Es muy privado y tranquilo y solo 7 minutos a pie del mar The space Español follows the English text. This is definitely one of Jaco's nicer gems for low rise condos mainly because of it's simplicity and yet intoxicating from it's garden views! The kitchen is fully equipped for guests to prepare and store their own food. The master bedroom is fully air conditioned and sleeps three. The living room has two single beds that have cushions to convert them to sofas. The living room separates from the rest of the condo by a folding wall that can be opened or closed easily. La habitacion principal tiene aire acondicionado y espacio para tres personas. El condo cuenta con una cama matrimonial, una doble, y dos camas que se ven en la foto del "living room" que sirven de sillón con los colchones puestos. One can explore this property from the stream running 75 meters behind the patio and all along the perimeter of the large property to admire the flora and fauna. This is not a cement city but a large relaxing property with an abundance of open space. Here you can explore a spacious and green space up to the river that borders the property that has plenty of flora and fauna to admire. This is not a concrete city, it is an open and relaxed space. Other things to note One can access beach with a 7 minute walk by turning right as you leave property and same at main street for one block and a left turn will take you to the beach and a sports bar called Clarita's which is popular with sports fans.
