This special place is close to everything, Comfortable 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment, with full kitchen, Lounge / dining area with garden views. Patio and tropical garden with sitting area. A 1 min walk to waters edge of Bramble Bay & 5-6min walk to Grocery, restaurants, cafes, bus & train. Maximum 2 guests, unfortunately no children. As we share the garden space, no hosting of guests / events / gatherings on the property. There is a lovely park with BBQ ‘S a 5 min walk on the esplanade. The space Our light and airy 2 bedroom apartment is well appointed, with comfy queen bed, & 1 single, tv, free wifi, & aircon in the lounge area. The kitchen is well equiped with fridge, microwave, kettle, sandwich grill, fry pan, saucepans, hot plate, rice cooker, supply of crockery and cutlery & utensils. The pantry is supplied with coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil. PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom has a shower above a full size bath. (Please note this configuration may not be suitable for people with limited agility). Hair dryer. Our garden is filled with beautiful lush plants, & bird life , we are a 5 min walk to the waters edge of Bramble Bay. We live minutes walk from the vibrant village of Sandgate. 10 minute walk to extensive selection of local shops, cafes, fast food outlets, several restaurants, hotel and public transport. Space is for guest use only, no entertaining of friends or family. Washing machine is available when we are home for an average usage of 2 loads per week. Additional loads $5 per load. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS. You are 1.5 hours from the Gold Coast theme parks. 1 hr to Noosa & Sunshine Coast. 5 min walk to waterfront where you can picnic ( picnic basket and blanket provided for use here) or take a stroll along the esplanade. 10 min drive to Woody Point with jetty for more fishing, walks & restaurant options. Guest access Guests use apartment and outdoor terrace only. Laundry out back door is a shared space. Other things to note On street parking only. Always plenty of room. PLEASE NOTE: bathroom configuration may not suit people with limited agility due to shower over bath design. And bath is on a small platform.
