Charming 40 m2 bungalow with 25 m2 of cozy terrace located in the municipality of Diamant, 2 minutes from Cherry Beach and shops, 5-10 minutes from the main road to reach Plage du Sud Come and relax in a peaceful oasis with private jacuzzi and swimming pool available during the day Looking forward to hosting you The space Bungalow LYLANG is a charming and totally new 40 m2 bungalow, all wooden, cozy and intimate, ideal for romantic getaways or couples with children, located in the beautiful town of Diamant The serenity and comfort of our guests are our primary concern. You will enjoy a pleasant and relaxing setting, an ideal location for a tourist stay between city and sea. The village and various shops are nearby.   Located 2 minutes by car (10 minutes' walk) from Cherry Beach and the village of Diamant, 5 minutes from the market. 5 minutes from the main road connecting the other beautiful beaches of the south of the island (Les Trois-Îlets, Sainte-Luce, Sainte-Anne) We will be happy to welcome you and advise you on your vacation in Martinique. The bungalow is on our property but independent. The bungalow has two fully furnished rooms, including: - a nice fully equipped open kitchen (crockery, dishes, oven, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge freezer...), overlooking the deck and garden.  We also have a plancha available. We have added a sofa bed if necessary depending on the number of people in the living room area The large air-conditioned 15 m2 bedroom consists of a comfortable 160 four-poster bed, a wardrobe, where you will find literature on Martinique (guides, maps, etc.) A TV with Orange TV is in the bedroom Adjacent to the bedroom, a large bathroom with walk-in shower with all the necessities. To enhance your stay, you can also enjoy a beautiful 25 m2 open terrace, on which you will enjoy outdoor meals, with deckchairs and a coffee table for sipping your cocktails as well as a private jacuzzi The bungalow is located on our property but totally independent of our house. The property with fruit trees and palm trees is fenced with an automatic gate. You have your private garden, flowered and shaded for naps on the deckchairs, and lit at night for your barbecue evenings You benefit from our secure entrance with key. Linens and towels are provided (except beach and pool towels, which can be provided for an extra fee to be paid on-site) Linens are provided Washing machine in the accommodation Beach chairs and a cooler are also provided if needed. BBQ available We are at your disposal and will be happy to advise you throughout your stay. The bungalow is equipped with Wi-Fi. A collective parking lot is located just in front of the villa, you will have no trouble parking in the evening after your outings and visits. Two car rental companies are nearby (walking distance) This accommodation is non-smoking (outdoor possible) and pets are unfortunately not allowed. Option to book a massage or home care with our service provider Jennyfleur Parties are not allowed The bungalow can only accommodate people who have booked ( Attention ⚠️ attention ⚠️ Visits outside of tenants are not allowed due to too much overflow and worries 🚫 No smoking allowed Cleaning fee = 50 euros. However, we ask our tenants to put away the dishes, wash and wipe, throw away the garbage and undo the beds... the accommodation must be returned in a good condition Possibility of pick up from the airport as well as the first meal in case of late arrival (to be defined together for an additional fee)  We'll wait right here for you, welcome! Guest access The entire bungalow shared pool access with owner under conditions of hours 8:30am-6:30pm and limited only to people mentioned on the reservation The jacuzzi is however private and usable whenever you want Other things to note The pool is only accessible to the people mentioned in the contract No smoking allowed No outside visits or parties due to too much overflow 🚫In case of non-compliance with these rules, we will immediately terminate the rental without refund for the remaining days. Cleaning is included, however we ask that the dishes be washed, dried and put away, garbage taken out and bed made with sheets in the basket and towels, which seemed normal for some, is not necessarily for others 😀 Owner on site to share an aperitif :-)🍾🍾😊 with great pleasure and discuss good plans, etc.
