1.5mi / 30mins walk to the Las Vegas strip, 15min drive to & from the Airport. Low Income area. Have not had any notable issues in 7 years other than occasional noisy neighbors. Do your due diligence researching the area if this is a concern for you. The space 3 bedroom townhome. One guest bedroom on the ground floor, one guest bedroom + my bedroom upstairs, on the second floor, sharing a bathroom. Covered porch, kitchen, living room, and both bathrooms are shared spaces. Only the bedrooms are private.
