Quiet house with garden

Our house is quiet, 800 meters from the village and local shops. We are at: - 30 min from Nantes (by car but possible to get there by transport) - 1 hour from the Atlantic coast - 15 minutes from Clisson and the Hellfest site. The space We have 3 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed/one with a single bed (bunk bed)/one with a pull-out bed, so 2 people) + 1 office (a sofa that can be converted into a bed). + possibility to put a mattress on the floor. 2 bathrooms. 1 separate WC. Fully-equipped kitchen. Quiet, surrounded by nature Other things to note This is our main house, we have been used to house swapping for several years, with respectful members. We offer it for rent from time to time and ask you to take care of it, and to clean before you leave, or to pay €50 cleaning fee.
