Montreux Jazz Festival apartment 2 minutes from the lake

Our accommodation is less than 100 m from Lake Geneva, you just have to cross the road to access it. A walk takes you to the city center of Lausanne. The train station is a 10-minute walk or 2-minute bus ride, and you can go to Montreux for the festival concerts during this week. A double bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a second bedroom with 1 bunk bed and a single bed, two desks, toys and a PlayStation 5. Located on the 2nd floor without elevator access The space Two small balconies, a kitchen equipped with microwave, toaster, Delonghi coffee machine with pods (breakfast possible on request) a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a 2nd toilet. Shared area with us, kitchen, living room with TV, board games and dining room. The Pully swimming pool is a 15-minute walk along the lake. There are ping-pong tables, beach volleyball, basketball court, swimming pool and access to the lake. A bus stop is located at the bottom of the building to take you to the center of Lausanne or to the train station to visit another city such as Montreux, which is 20 minutes by train. Guest access Access to the entire apartment from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. then the living room dining area will be closed, the rest remains available It's on the 2nd floor without elevator access. the parking space is a little higher up on Rue Villardin, you can unload your luggage in front of the residence before going to park without any problem Other things to note My husband and I will be present, we work but remain available if needed, we are happy to welcome travelers or family. Breakfast is available upon request. We are former restaurateurs, we like to welcome and receive guests.
