The space ** NO SMOKING POLICY ** Smoking, vaping, and the use of cigarettes, marijuana, or any other drugs are strictly prohibited inside the unit, including the balcony! Smoking is also not allowed anywhere in the building! If you smoke due to habit or medical needs, we kindly ask you to withdraw your booking now, as this place is not suitable for smokers! Please note that smoking anywhere in the unit or building can trigger the fire alarm and sprinkler system, resulting in significant consequences and damages. The fire department is automatically notified and dispatched, which incurs a $1,000 dispatch fee. Additionally, any associated costs or damages will be charged to you! Violating this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping this a non-smoking space. ** Activate the FAN when Cooking ** Always activate the hood/fan while cooking, and NEVER leave the kitchen when cooking. If you must, please turn the heat OFF! Cooking without activating the fan ON can also trigger the fire alarm, sprinkler system, and fire department dispatched, resulting in a $1,000 dispatch fee, which will be charged to you! ** DELIVERIES ** Please note that receiving mail and packages at this location is not very convenient for guests, and we do not provide a spare key for mailbox access. If you need to receive a package or letter occasionally, let us know in advance, and we can pick it up for you. However, if you plan to receive mail or packages regularly, please avoid booking this place! ** PARKING ** Underground parking, no signal inside the parking lot so please follow the detailed instructions carefully, as it can be difficult to locate without guidance. We kindly ask you to handle the garage remote with care, as there is a $150 replacement fee if it is lost. ** NOISE CONTROL ** Having parties and playing music out loud are strictly prohibited at ALL times inside the unit! Also, please keep your noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM to ensure the neighbours are not disturbed. Guest access A secure, resident underground parking spot with direct elevator access is included with your stay. You have the entire condo unit, other amenities such as an indoor pool, sauna room and gym can be accessed during your stay in the condo building. Other things to note ** Potential Road Noises ** This building is near the intersection of Lawrence Ave and Dufferin St, so you may hear some road noises at night. Please refrain from booking the place if you are a light sleeper or have difficulty sleeping. ** Cleaning ** No free housekeeping is provided during your stay. Basic cleaning products are provided inside the unit and it is free to use, including a vacuum, sweeper, mop, microfiber towels, and all-purpose cleaner. ** Additional Supplies of Consumables ** We provide a starter kit of soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies of these items or other special needs. ** Showering ** When showering, please ensure the vent/fan is on to maintain airflow and turn it off after use.
