The apartment is located in a residential area, quiet because it is far from nightlife and traffic. It is close to Genoa Piazza Principe railway station and a 20-minute walk from Porto Antico and the historic center of Genoa. The apartment is completely renovated, equipped with every comfort. The sofa becomes a comfortable queen size French bed and in the room we can fit a cot for children upon request. (citra 010025-LT-4661) The space The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is in a building WITHOUT a lift, but on a comfortable first floor (only two flights of a few steps). The house is delivered with every comfort, dishes and appliances. There is NO washing machine. The double bed is equipped with a fairly firm mattress, ideal for resting your back after long days. The sofa bed is made available for sleeping in case of booking for more than 2 guests! Upon request we can equip a baby cot. We completed a full renovation in June 2024. You will find new systems, coverings and furnishings. The door is armored, for maximum safety, the windows are made of double insulating glass. The area is quiet and away from traffic. There is the possibility of parking until all spaces are available for free, or for a fee a short distance away. Guest access The apartment is located in a street with free parking (be careful, because they fill up easily) and near the station you can find paid parking, both on the street and in the garage. To get to the apartment it only takes a few minutes on foot from Genoa Piazza Principe station, but we point out that this road is NOT flat. You will have to go up a gentle climb, as often happens in hilly cities like Genoa. We remind you that the building DOES NOT have an elevator. Luckily La Casetta is on a convenient first floor!
