1 bed self-contained annexe with bathroom and kitchen overlooking our beautiful garden, situated in a former farmhouse in the heart of Haddenham. Bright and airy, the annexe is brilliantly located in the historic part of the village, lovely local pubs and the award winning Norsk cafe are just a short walk away. Just a 10 minute walk from Haddenham mainline train station giving easy access London (40 mins) and Oxford (25 mins). Direct trains to Bicester Village take just 14 minutes. The space The annexe is a lovely 1 bed spacious room with a fabulous window seat overlooking the garden, perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee. There is kitchenette with fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Please note; no hob or oven. We will provide you with tea, coffee, fresh bread, butter, jams and milk. There is a lovely modern bathroom with shower. Guest access The annexe is situated above our garage overlooking our beautiful garden. It is within the modern part of our property connected internally to the former farmhouse. Access is through a door off our garden room and up a short flight of stairs. Guests will have a front door key with 24 hour access. Other things to note We have a very friendly black Labrador and three friendly children who you many occasionally see, however we are in a separate part of the property so you shouldn't be disturbed. You are more than welcome to enjoy our garden but please note that this will be a shared space.
