This accommodation is peaceful: relax with the whole family! A stone's throw from Pola de Lena (5 minutes by car) you have everything you need and at the same time you are in the middle of nature in a small town of less than 50 inhabitants. You will have all the privacy you need with the large plot, the house has everything you need. You will be in the center of the Ubiñas Natural Park, next to the Valgrande Pajares ski resort, with direct access to hiking, mountain biking and cycling routes. The space A two-story house connected by a spiral staircase. On the ground floor we have two large beds 1.40 x 2 m, work area and double bathroom with washer and dryer. Upstairs is the living room - kitchen, with a bathroom, and a double sofa bed with a 1.4 x 2m topper, from this floor you go outside where the terrace and the plot are. Central diesel heating with thermostat on each floor, and air conditioning for hot weather. You can enjoy the plot of land with your pets and your children, as well as stroll through the charming village of Columbiello. Several mountain routes start from the house, for walking, mountain biking and cycling. You are in the center of mythical ports such as La Cobertoria, El Angliru, La Cubilla, etc. You will have the facilities of the Valgrande Pajares ski resort 20 minutes away by car, being able to enjoy both in ski season and outside of it, everything it offers for skiing, hiking, downhill, mountain biking, etc. Guest access 1800-meter plot of land with parking and garden area. Outdoor canine area and enclosed plot with natural closure. Two terraces, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Land with fruit trees (apple, cherry, poplar, oak). The house offers you everything you need, it is super equipped!!!! Other things to note As a general rule, pets will not have access to the interior of the house, they can only be in the garden area and terraces. Exceptions may be made for pets to enter the house, depending on the size of the pet and provided they do not climb on the beds or sofas. Each guest must dispose of their own garbage. There are containers just outside the house.
