It is composed of: - Entrance with dressing room - Semi-open kitchen on living room and 50 m² living room on the 1st floor - 4 bedrooms, one with private bathroom - 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets A large single-storey terrace is accessible from the living rooms. The accommodation offers quality services with a full heated floor, a fully equipped kitchen, bedding and quality bathrooms. A large bay window opens the living room onto a large private terrace of 36 m². Outdoor common areas are also accessible. Guest access The location of the farm offers a peaceful setting at the end of a 600 m forest road. Access by car is from the D25 connecting Prémanon to Morez, passing in front of the Prémonval holiday center. However, located less than 800 m from the center of Prémanon, you have access on foot via the forest trails to all the shops near the village (grocery stores, restaurant, ice rink, etc.). The Alpine and Nordic ski areas of the Rousses Resort are located for the most part in the municipality of Prémanon. You can put on your cross-country skis from the village center and Alpine skis in 5 minutes by car. In winter, ski buses will allow you to access all the ski areas and all the amenities of the resort (bus stop located less than 600 m from the house). No need to travel for hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing trips, the farm is located in the heart of this natural area! You'll be able to leave directly from your accommodation!
