The residence is newly built, bright and exceptionally well ventilated, offering pleasant views from all three sides. It is located on an elevated ground floor with easy access. Original paintings by the owner, an award-winning visual artist, decorate the home, creating a warm and unique atmosphere. The natural oak flooring, solid wood doors and modern high-insulation windows ensure comfort, peace and an enjoyable stay throughout the year. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom comfortably accommodates an additional guest. The master bedroom opens onto a private balcony overlooking the greenery of the garden and our fruit trees. Both bedrooms offer spacious wardrobes. The spacious living and dining area, surrounded by large glass surfaces, overlooks the garden and surrounding greenery, providing abundant natural light and a relaxing atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease. Complimentary hospitality items include coffee, tea, extra virgin olive oil from our own olive trees, and honey produced by our family. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with mosaic tile decoration, adding a subtle touch of elegance and uniqueness. The property offers free private outdoor parking within the premises. Guest access During your stay, you can use the parking space located to he front left, next to the house's exterior door. The entire residence, balcony and the ramp leading to the accomondation are for your exclusive use. Other things to note Please remove your shoes before entering the house. The wooden floors are sensitive to mud, water, and scratches from outdoor sand and stones. Please be mindful of water and electricity usage. Turn off the air conditioning when you are not home. The drainage system is sensitive pay attention. Our gardener has a regular schedule. If he visits during your stay, he will not disturb you. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or ramp. Please ensure that cigarette butts are fully extinguished before disposing of them and do not let them stray into neighboring areas. Fines for this are substantial.
