Villa 19 The Armotte Forest

Located in Saint-Augustin-sur-Mer (17), a few minutes from the beaches of Saint-Palais and Golf de Royan, villa n° 19 offers: - 2 bedrooms with 160-cm beds - 2 bedrooms with 4 90-cm beds (= 2 × 180) -Living room with kitchen + a sofa bed for 2 (160cm) - 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets. -garage Total sleeps: 10 pers. Heated pool (8m*4m) (wintering from late September to Easter). Hot tub on the terrace (€75 option). Enclosed private garden. No smoking house - pets are not allowed. The space The villa is located in a quiet residence on the edge of the forest, offering a tennis court, a petanque court, and a ping pong table, with direct access for walks or bike rides. Optional linen: €25/person Hot tub: €75/stay High chair: €25/stay Crib: €25/stay Welcome basket: €35/stay Pets: €50/stay (2 maximum) You will need to provide us with a deposit check (€500) upon arrival, which will be uncashed and returned within 8 days after your departure (photo of your torn check). For guests who do not have a checkbook or do not reside in France, a transfer must be made upon arrival. Other things to note The pool is heated from Easter until the end of September. The heating setting is 28 degrees. Accuracy for the month of April / depending on the weather: we cannot guarantee that the water will reach 28 degrees if the temperatures are cool at night. Linens are not provided but are available as an option. Please find below a list of possible options: - Linens (bed and towels, bath mat and tea towels): €25/person/stay -Jacuzzi: 75€/stay - Baby high chair: €25/week - Baby bed: €25/week - Welcome basket (coffee, tea, milk, 2 bottles of wine, jam, soap etc.): €35 Security deposit check (€500) to be delivered upon arrival (not cashed and returned within 8 days of your departure) + signing of a rental agreement. RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT - the house is not suitable for festive weekends.
