Welcome to our beautiful chalet, located in a quiet and privileged area, just 20 meters from the lake! This ideal location is also very close to a mini market, a bar and a swimming pool, making your vacation even more comfortable and enjoyable. The space At the entrance, you will be greeted by a comfortable veranda, equipped with a security gate to ensure the safety of your children. Inside the house, you will find a cozy relaxation area with a sofa and a coffee table, perfect for spending quiet moments. The kitchen is equipped and offers a comfortable table where you can enjoy meals together. The layout of the rooms is designed to accommodate even large families: we have a double bedroom and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed dedicated to children. The latter, being smaller than the standards, are mainly designed for the little ones. Although adults can use them, we can warn you that they will not be as comfortable, for a total of 5 beds. To complete the offer, we find a bathroom equipped with a shower. Guest access Please note that to access the chalet you will need to go to the reception to collect the keys. To complete your reservation, we kindly ask you to fill out and return two forms that we will forward to you at least 5 days before your arrival. The first form is intended for the collection of the necessary data of all family members, while the second concerns the person responsible for the booking. Other things to note We would like to inform you that you can request linen at a cost of 10 euros per person during your stay at our facility. This offer includes a pillowcase, two sheets, a large towel, and a small towel for each guest. It is important to note that the request for linen must be made even after booking but at least 7 days before your arrival, in order to ensure the availability of the products necessary for your comfort. As for animal friends, there is a single accommodation tax of 10 euros for the entire stay. If you wish to bring your dog with you, please add this expense to your reservation in advance. It is essential to communicate the presence of the animal at the time of booking to allow us to better prepare your accommodation and make sure that the environment is also suitable for your four-legged friend.
