( November- March) OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Main level: We have a 6-person dining table. This is a great space for games, chatting, or just relaxing. Lower level: We have an outdoor space with several chairs and the hot tub. We have 12 chairs around the firepit and an additional 4 chairs located on the dock. OUTDOOR COOKING We have a gas grill on the patio right of the kitchen, and we provide the propane! Owners have a smoker on the site but it is NOT for guest use. OUTDOOR DINING We have a large 6-person table on the patio off the main floor (overlooking the lake) HOT TUB: 6-person hot tub on the lower lower patio FIRE PIT: There are 6 blue chairs and 6 black chairs to the side of the firepit (12 chairs total) WIFI is super fast at 450 Mbps. PATH TO DOCK Easy 133’ natural walk to the dock DOCK Covered dock BOAT DOCKING Our boat stays in the lift at all times but you are welcome to tie up to the side of the dock WATER DEPTH As of June 7, 2025 we have 7 feet of water off our dock. Plenty for boating, kayaking, fishing, or just hanging out enjoying nature! LOCATION ON THE LAKE We are on the main channel - so lots of activity to watch - especially on the weekends. The boat is also in the boat slip and only for owners. WE SUPPLY: Linens, towels STARTER- hand soap, dish soap, scrub pads, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, foil, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent. SEASONAL PRICING: Our pricing varies weekday to weekend, season to season, and holidays. *Please ensure your dates are correct to ensure the pricing is accurate* CHECK IN: 4PM-8PM CHECK OUT: 10AM CLEANING: We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in. LATE CHECK IN (after 8PM): May be possible, but please let us know in advance to ensure we can accommodate / offer additional support LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY: Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am. Book today!
