A quirky escape for two Switch off, slow down and spend the night somewhere a little different. Our beautifully converted horse trailer is tucked away on our small rustic farm, surrounded by greenery, fields and our herd of horses. Designed as an adults-only escape for two, it's a wonderful place to reconnect, unwind and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Wake up to views across the fields, spend the evening around your own firepit and, once darkness falls, settle in under the stars. The space The space We converted the horse trailer ourselves with the view and surroundings firmly in mind. Inside, you'll find a super-comfy double bed and a cosy, thoughtfully styled space filled with the little touches you need for a memorable stay. Step outside and the countryside becomes part of your living space. Light the firepit, pour a drink and watch the horses in the neighbouring fields before enjoying an evening of stargazing. Rustic glamping done properly This isn't a hotel room – and that's exactly the point. The Horse Trailer is designed for guests who love nature, animals and the idea of escaping everyday life for a night or two. Our shared glamping kitchen and bathroom are approximately 20 metres from the trailer. They're separate from your sleeping space, so please bear this in mind when booking. Parking is also around 100 metres away, helping us keep the immediate area around the trailer peaceful and immersed in the countryside. Explore or simply stay put Despite feeling wonderfully tucked away, we're well connected for exploring Leicestershire and beyond. Spend your days discovering the surrounding countryside before returning to the farm for a relaxed evening by the fire. Or don't go anywhere at all. Bring a bottle of something nice, light the firepit, watch the horses, play a game and enjoy having nowhere else you need to be. Good to know The Horse Trailer is an adults-only stay for a maximum of two guests. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared with our other glamping guests and are around 20 metres from the trailer. Firewood for the firepit is provided, and BBQ use is available for an additional charge. As this is a genuine rustic farm stay, expect animals, countryside sounds and all the character that comes with staying close to nature. If you're looking for something quirky, peaceful and completely different from a standard hotel stay, you've found it. Parking is not next to the trailer, but it’s only about 100 metres. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared.
