With sea views, you just have to go down the building, cross the street and you're already on the beach! There are several shops around the building, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, chopperia or if you prefer, McDonald's and Habibs next to the building, all without having to get around by car. Near the place, there is also a small market with several handicrafts as well as typical foods on site. The building does not have a garage but has some parking lots nearby. The space The kitineteen has a balcony overlooking the 11th floor sea. The apartment comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 people, where we have 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed. We have a refrigerator, a cooktop stove WITHOUT OVEN and a microwave available for our guests, as well as basic kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses, dishes and pots. We do not have bed and bath kits. Other things to note The building does not have a garage but there are some parking lots nearby, the prices may vary from one to the other. Our stove is a cooktop model without an oven.
