With a large secure garden for children or dogs to enjoy, whilst others may relax in the sun loungers enjoying views of golf course & sea. Within easy walking distance, you'll find a superb village pub, local shop with post office and Thurlestone Hotel & Spa! Highly recommended! The space You enter through the porch door with bench seat and coat hanging space and a few toys for children to play with, in the garden or beach. Then into the entrance hall, with kitchen to the left, utility room to the right, living room straight ahead and stairs to the first floor. The living room is a beautiful open plan room with open fireplace, electric Roland piano, 46” 3D Smart TV with 3D DVD player, Bluetooth soundbar, Apple TV, wireless Broadband, book case with plenty of books. Something for everyone! The double French doors lead from here, onto a sheltered sea-facing patio, with wood dining table, 6 chairs, parasol and charcoal bbq. The dining area has a solid wood dining table with seating for six. Kitchen has a large Rangemaster electric range with two ovens, grill and hob, microwave, larder fridge, under counter freezer & dishwasher with good worktop space. Larder store room for extra storage space, with vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket and the high chair. Utility room with a classic Belfast sink, washing machine and vented tumble dryer, iron plus ironing board and WC. From the living room, there are two steps down leading to: Ground Floor Twin bedroom: Twin 3ft beds with built in wardrobes, 37” flat screen TV with Freeview, and blackout curtains. En suite WC with basin and heated towel rail. From the entrance hallway, the staircase leads up to the: Master bedroom: Superking size 6ft bed with wardrobe, 32” 3D Smart TV, chest of drawers, writing bureau and stunning sea views. The En suite bathroom has a rainfall shower plus hand held shower, WC, hairdryer and wash hand basin. First floor Twin bedroom: Twin 3ft beds with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, 40” 3D Smart TV, writing desk, blackout blinds and more stunning sea views! En suite shower room with rainfall shower, vanity basin, WC & heated towel rail. We welcome dogs, but please do not allow them upstairs and keep the gate in place.
