It comes w high-speed wifi & free street parking. ✿ After a day of exploring nearby beaches w stunning sunsets, kayaking the Puget Sound, or eating your way through the Farmer’s Market, come home & unwind in your cozy room. The space 97 WALK SCORE — WALKER'S PARADISE ✿ The home has a 97 walk score making it a "Walker's Paradise". Literally one block away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, spa, yoga/gym, live music, bike shop (rent a bike & you're at Alki Beach in 5-10 min!). Even better, four grocery stores within 5 min walk (Safeway, QFC, Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s) and lots of cute shops at your doorstep. ✿ 4 min walk to public transit and short drive to all Seattle top sights! ✿ There is a Farmer’s market every Sunday, just a block away on California Ave. It is a wonderful opportunity to purchase delicious local treats and goods. Additionally, there is an art walk every 2nd Thursday of the month. ROOM MADE W/ LOVE & CARE The room has been thoughtfully prepared with everything you’ll need to have a comfortable, convenient stay. Room includes a double/full-size bed, black-out curtains, a full closet, hangers, coat hooks, full-length mirror, two power strips with USB ports on bedside tables, folding table and stools. SELF CHECK-IN The home is set up for seamless self-check-in with keyless entry, so you can easily come and go as you please. After booking, you will receive an email with door codes. Late check-ins and early departures are a breeze! FULL SHARED BATHROOM Bathroom with full bath shared with two other rooms. Towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and linens are all provided as well as ear plugs. AMENITIES Amenities area in the basement where we provide complimentary coffee, tea and filtered water available at any time of the day. As well as access to utensils, dishware, a refrigerator, freezer and microwave. ACCESSIBILITY There is a path that is gently sloped downward from the street to the property and three small steps with a handrail to get to the front door. Once you are in, the bedroom is on the same floor so there should be no accessibility challenges. The amenities area is on the floor below down a flight of stairs with handrail. If you may have any accessibility issues getting amenities please let us know prior to your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate. We want to make sure this lovely property can be enjoyed by all. PARKING There is plenty of street parking. Although immediately on the block of the property it is restricted to 2hrs between 7am - 6pm except Sundays and Holidays. One block away there are no restrictions and it is very easy to get parking. Additionally, if you prefer there are paid parking lots nearby but free street parking is plentiful and close by so that is recommended. A handy map is included in the check-in instructions to help guide you with this. PUBLIC TRANSIT • To downtown Seattle: There’s a rapid transit bus stop 4 min walk from us, where it can get you there in about 20 mins. • To Alki beach: Electric scooters abound on California Ave. You can rent them using your phone. This is one of our favorite ways to explore the area and can get you to Alki beach and the coast in 5-10mins. Otherwise it is a 5 min drive or 10 min bike ride.
