A cozy 2-bedroom space for up to 4 guests. Private bathroom equipped with a smart toilet featuring a temperature-controlled bidet, dryer, and automatic flush. Two free parking spaces. Convenient location: 5-minute walk to a pub, restaurants, shopping center, and recreation center (with a pool). Close to bus stops, Swan Valley wineries, Caversham Wildlife Park, and a large shopping mall. Just 12 km from the city center. The space The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on a 1000 sq.m. block with a large kids' playground in the backyard. The house features ducted air conditioning and free WiFi. Your bedrooms and bathroom are next to the kitchen, separated by an entry door for your privacy. Both bedrooms are lockable, and you will be provided with keys. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in robe, desk with chair, fridge, and direct access to the backyard or for a quick access to the playground. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, TV, suitcase rack, desk with chair. Both bedrooms are carpeted with ceiling fans and LED lights. Both TVs are smart TVs, have Netflix, YouTube. The private bathroom is dedicated for your use only, featuring a bathtub, shower, sink, washing machine (washing powder provided), hair dryer and a smart toilet with a temperature-controlled bidet, dryer, and auto flush. We will share the fully equipped kitchen, and you are welcome to use any utilities. I will give you a tour upon arrival, and feel free to ask if you need any assistance Guest access Guests have full access to the kitchen, backyard, and garden. Both bedrooms are lockable, and you’ll be provided with keys for added privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you are welcome to use any devices and spices, especially if you're a fan of Asian cuisine. Tea, instant coffee, sugar, and milk are available for your convenience. Kids are welcome to enjoy the playground in the backyard. During your stay We are available on-site most of the time and happy to assist with any questions you may have. I work as a bookkeeper, and my husband runs a bus charter business. As avid travelers and food lovers, we understand the importance of privacy and comfort, and that's what we aim to provide.
