All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir. The space The accommodation can accommodate 4-6 people (1 double bedroom, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room). The bathroom with large, walk-in shower, sink, toilet and bidet is modern and equipped to a high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, TV and coffee maker. The large dining room with access to the terrace/garden can accommodate 10 people. The large terrace with dining table, sun loungers and relaxing lounger invite you to relax. At the fireplace, you can sit comfortably on rocking chairs around the fire and grill or prepare kettle goulash. Grill accessories are available. Enjoy your privacy in the large garden protected from view by hedges and trees, including a hot tub intended for the exclusive use of our guests. Outside you can enjoy the evening hours with the help of the garden lighting. Guest access The entire first floor with access via the external stairs and the adjoining garden/terrace/hot tub can be used by our guests alone and undisturbed. 2 parking spaces in the courtyard are intended for the guests.
